Final Fantasy Vll Remake Integrade is available now for Switch 2.
Square Enix delivers on their promise, introducing easier weapon ability acquisition and more streamlined gameplay that allows players to focus on the story and hybrid combat with this week’s release of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Integrade for NINTENDO Switch 2.
Streamlining cutting-edge technology, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Integrade features an exclusive “Streamlined Progression” that will make it easier for Nintendo Switch 2 players to jump into the adventure. Rebuilt from the ground up by today’s visionary creators, Final Fantasy 7 REMAKE Intergrade is one of the best-looking games on the Switch 2 to date, with an incredible port that compromises on very little to deliver a fantastic version of an already timeless game. In FF7RI, ex soldier operative turned mercenary, Cloud Strife is followed as he lends his aid to the underground resistance group Avalanche in the city of Midgar.
Square Enix put the time and effort into the game to achieve the best possible results. In both handheld and docked, Final Fantasy looks spectacular.
Every single pixel of Final Fantasy on Switch 2 is a testament to the Lighting Director Naoki Hamaguchi.
He explained in a statement with IGN Entertainment, his decision to offer streamlined gameplay options for new platforms, adding that the team wanted to “allow the game to cater for individual players’ different lifestyles and play styles.”
“I feel that the way people enjoy content has become more flexible these days,” Hamaguci adds, “as we see with video streaming platforms, and that people also want the same thing from games, with options to tailor the experience based on the time they have and their levels of interest. I have also had personal experiences where I wanted to play something with the limited time I have but gave up because of the time it takes to level up characters or traverse the game.
“That’s exactly why I think that the Streamlined Progression feature is very effective – to give players smooth access to the story.”
Square Enix’s FINAL FANTASY VII remake project retells the story of the genre-redefining RPG across three distinct, and standalone games.
Encouraging cutting edge visuals and the first time a remake reaches a Nintendo console, as of this week, Switch 2 gamers will eagerly test the limits of one of the greatest video games of all time on a broader platform.
Monado Max, a YouTube video game reviewer said, “In 2024 at Games Con, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade was being shown off, and I’ll never forget how, in this leak that came out, all the developers were talking about how impressed they were with Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade for the Switch 2.”
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade Remains $39.99 on the Switch 2 as it has been for PS5 and PC. And includes the FF7R Episode INTERmission featuring enhanced graphics.
In order to ensure gamers get the best possible experience, the game blends beautifully on the Nintendo portable console, and delivers a cinematic and emotionally resonant experience.
