Time is a perpetual gravitational warp that alters all ways of life. Since its inception in 1907, a man made constellation ball has dropped in Times Square, flagging the days or weeks overlapping or underlapping Jan. 1 in the calendar system. It was lowered by hand, using workers employed by Artkraft Strauss’ owner and metalworker, Jacob Starr. Before that, ship captains in the 1800s used the practice as a reliable way to track time. Today, New Year’s is mainly centered around swearing off bad habits with resolution’s and publicly vowing to be a better citizen.

Even though traditional New Year’s were depicted as a time of renewal and reflection, now civilization seems to embrace the period with hope of becoming a better person, leading a healthier lifestyle, and obedient spending, but centered around a fresh spiritual start. In addition, to confetti and the ball’s revamped glittering crystal style; Time Square’s now, reinvigorated Ai crowd will look at the 2026 year as a year to double check any data that needs to be faster and more compatible. Angry at drained resources, from an increase in computer and software systems, a large scale of cyber attackers will be looking to gain any speed they can find.

In the days leading to this Breaking 80 round, I prepared with only one prior target selection practice, which prompted PW-4 iron, very directed private resort shots – T200 single iron shots, not more than one yard offsetting each shot. While practicing at the range this past year, has made me a better golfer. The ability to use the trackman at places like The Tips Golf In Brickell has expanded my club selection knowledge with iconic courses that require precision shots.
Encouraged and grateful to secure divine favors for the year ahead, I booked my round at Panther Run Golf club. This course was featured in a post I made last year called Shot4Shot. Looking for similar scorecard results and immaculate greens where my T200’s can explore environmental resources – where ProV1’s are placed at a premium, or just hit my Ai smoke as hard as I can. However, this particular round I would only need an O-Ball, but Golf Pass tips, and my token tips. The round got off to a fresh start, stripping 8 out of the 9 fairways, drive’s that averaged over 290 yards, yet left me with second shots that reached for 7 and 6 iron’s. Cordgrass Corridor was the name of the first hole I smoked an Ai fairway, which I followed it up with a solid T200 from 170 plus out. It landed just off the green, for a birdie try. Bunker Alley was the name of Hole 3, a Par 3, surveying 180 yards from the tee. My club selection was a full 7 iron, however, it only landed 172 yards out, and 5 yards off the green. Eventually I made it to Hole 13, a 634 yard Par 5 called The Outer Banks. It required a 3 wood – near water; on the right side from 350 yards. This shot was followed up by a Vokey Design StyleShot.
Of course, this round did finish with late hole bogey blues’ preventing me from reaching my target score. But, it did backfire with back to back birdies. Check out the video to see if I broke 80.
