FIU once again transforms their backyard into the annual Bayfest Music Festival

FIU’s 2025 Annual Bayfest spread all of the Caribbean’s colors on-stage and in the crowd, figuratively with the diverse student body dressing up in their heritage colors, and literally with the vibrant dance competitions on stage. When entering the music festival, students were stopped and fed by The Brother’s Kitchen Grill, Crazy Bubble Waffle, Churros & Ice Cream, and Street Twist food trucks serving their tasteful crispy foods till the end. The performers began sharing the stage at around 9 p.m., beginning with THE FATHA and BRADEAZY igniting the energy with some group dance vibes. Followed by KLASSIK FRESCOBAR, ANDYBEATZ, and KRANIUM. KLASSIK FRESCOBAR highlighted his hits “Whoopsy” and “Ice Cream,” then after ANDYBEATZ dropped his hits “Bizou” and “Li Cho” alongside his bandmates in the drums and keyboards. Finally KRANIUM ended Bayfest 2025, he performed his hit tracks that have accumulated over 63 million views on YouTube. The Jamaican reggae artist entertained the crowd with his hits “Nobody has to know” and “Wi de yah.” In the end, Bayfest 2025 emerged some of the best Caribbean artists with FIU’s most diverse, live students and faculty at the summer fiesta.
