With swim week two weeks ahead, SSOD packed up his golf bag and drove into Boynton Beach aligned to Break 80. And after struggling at another course of tough Par 5’s, SSOD facilitated a late round birdie on his path to Breaking 80.
The courses blockades dominanted the course with deep sandtraps, huge lips around the green and close up on the fairways.
Early par attempts, followed by a birdie look on the first Par 3; established early on SSOD’s quest for thin iron shots — that land inside 5 feet.
Hole # 5 should have been my S Ball hole, beginning with a drive that landed inside of three yards of our offset and followed up with an iron that bounced inside of 15‘.

Hole 11 is one of my favorite holes of the course, this par 3’s tee box was beside the backyard of some beautiful homes. The homes descended a different shadow on the shot than the normal one around trees. which resulted in
Hole 14 was another 500 plus Par 5 : the hole started with a drive that landed middle of fairway, placing SSOD in great position to gain a stroke. And after a wedge shot that landed in front of the sand, my 60 degree shot spun the ball close for a birdie chance.
I finished the round with bogeys on two of the last three holes and still managed to Break 80 at Westchester Golf Club.
